I’m currently working on this website behind the scenes.
My goal is to raise awareness and provide actually useful tools help heal the trauma derived from emotional abuse/neglect. I know how many people complain how difficult it is to find a trauma informed therapist. I know what’s like to have trauma and feeling like there’s something wrong with you. The things here are not medical advice, but what makes sense to me, and what seems to be working for me. I hope it can work for you too.
For now you can add this website to the favorites if you’d like. I’m mostly focused on content first, but soon I’ll create a mailing list to make it easier to follow new things.

Why the name for the website?
Emotional trauma from abuse and neglect is the injury caused by others onto someone who, at the time, for varied reasons, was silenced or had no voice. They kept it all in and blamed themselves. It’s emotional energy ricocheting in our body. It needs to be finally voiced, heard and released. Pour your heart out about it. Make it the center of your life until it heals. Together, with others who will hear and validate you.
